Jane Hall

Jane Hall is a physiology researcher with a particular interest in the effects of cold water and exercise on the human body. She spends a lot of time in the water - swimming outdoors throughout the year in the Thames, lakes and sea whenever possible. Jane is also a triathlon coach, working mainly with junior athletes.

She also writes nutrition features for H2Open Magazine.
