Evgenij Pop Acev is a 181 km (5'11") professional marathon swimmer from Skopje in the Republic of Macedonia who competed in the 2010 FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup where he was ranked 32nd. He also competes on the 2013 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix circuit and placed fourth in the 58th Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean in 2012. He finished fourth place overall in the 2012 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix pro circuit and finished eighth in the 2013 World University Games 10 km marathon swim in Kazan, Russia on 7 July, and second in the 36 km Maratona del Golfo Capri-Napoli in Italy on 1 September 2013.

He finished second overall in the 2013 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix professional circuit, just 1 point out of first.
