Noun – Dolphin drills are swimming drills and sets performed in a pool or an open body of water that focus on the open water swimming of dolphining.

These drills include dolphining in a shallow pool or dolphining in the shallow water of an open body of water.

The coach ended the workout with a bunch of 25m dolphin drills on 30 seconds.
